Racking solution
Radio Shuttle Racking
The radio shuttle racking system consists of high-density racking, a radio shuttle, and a forklift. This new concept of storage racking system is more powerful in operation than traditional pallet racking and drive-in racking, which makes more advantage of warehouse-size-space utilization rate more than 80%.

Heavy Duty Pallet Racking
Heavy duty pallet racking is good for storage various goods in small quantity or large quantity with small kinds the most popular kinds are traditional aisle(3m) racking and another narrow aisle(1.7m)racking. With different type forklift used.

Narrow Aisle Pallet Racking
VNA ( Very Narrow Aisle pallet racking) belongs to pallet racking. The difference is the guide rails installed at the ground. The Aisle width is much smaller than traditional pallet racking. It makes high-density storage requests achieved VNA covered all advantages of pallet racking with 100% optional capability, Any pallets can be loaded and unloaded by forklift freely.

Drive In Racking
Drive-in racking is suitable for large quantity small goods storage, a forklift needs to go inside the racking system for picking pallets. Generally, the depth of racking is better no more than 7 pallet positions. Guide rails can be fixed to improve the forklift running speed .. the space utilization rate is 30% more than traditional pallet racking.

Mezzanine Racking and Floor
Mezzanine racking: Multi-tier racking system, can be designed to 2-3 floors, with staircases, handrails, cargo lift etc. floor panel usually used cold rolled steel floor (plan floor, perforated floor or grid floor are available) racking load capacity:300-1500kg/layer; Floor load: 300-1000kg/sqm.

Cantilever Racking
Cantilever racking is suitable for big and long items storage. Different loading capacities can be divided into light-duty and heavy-duty racks. Also single side and double-side storage are available. Widely used in mechanical processing and building material industry.
Carton Flow Racking
Goods stored on carton flow racks can be moved automatically by gravity, suitable for large quantity similar goods, First in first out available is widely used in logistics distribution centers, electronic, publishing and a higher degree automation factory.

Longspan Shelving
Longspan shelving consists of an upright frame, beam, and steel shelf. Suitable for manpower handling. Materials are chosen according to different loading requirements. The ladder climbing equipment can be used for higher shelving.
This long-span shelving is intended for warehouses where goods are manually deposited and removed from shelves. This system also makes good use of warehouse height, as higher levels can be reached mechanically via devices that raise the operator to the required height (stacker cranes or order picking forklift trucks) or via gangways located between shelves. Slotted Angle Shelving
Slotted angle shelving: cost-saving, safe, reliable. Convenient installation, free adjustment. Load: 50-100kg/layer. Suitable for light and small goods storage. Perfect to use together with plastic bins. Steel shelves on top and bottom are connected with a post by a triangle plates & bolts. The middle shelves are connected by clips. Steel shelves can be adjusted by pitch 50mm as needed.
Boltless Shelving
Boltless shelving consist of welded upright frame, beams and steel shelves, suitable for man power operation. Standard size L2000*D600*H2000mm, load 100-200kg/layer. Size customized for bulk order, customized color, easily assembled.
